Wade Construction and Developments Ltd are committed to conducting business in a professional and ethical manner. We take our corporate responsibilities seriously and work hard to manage the social, environmental and economic impact of our work on the world around us.
We are committed to the local communities we work in. To demonstrate this, we register all our projects under the Considerate Constructors Scheme and where possible utilise local trades and labour. Our sites are planned to minimise disruption to the surrounding area, including dust and noise pollution control, delivery control to minimise traffic disruption and recylcing to minimise the impact on the surrounding environment.
The company takes appropriate measures to protect the environment, with particular attention to the areas of emissions, boundary noise, contamination of land and water, waste management, drainage, utilities and energy conservation. We seek to control energy use and minimise waste by reducing, reusing and recycling at all levels of the business. We aim to exceed the requirements set out by environmental legislation.
Our health and safety record is excellent and the Directors are commitmented to ensuring all staff are adequately trained and educated whilst following and maintaining company and legislative health and safety policy.
We work in partnership with our supply chain sub contractors and suppliers and see them all as equals in achieving the successful delivery of a project. Our in-house database system controls this interface which records cost, quality, health and safety and delivery performance.
