Each member of staff is encouraged to develop new skills and is provided with training requirements to ensure they meet with industry and company standards to carry out their work.

Additionally, all staff are provided with adequate training in basic requirements for all positions, such as Health & Safety, etc. Update and refresher courses are held on a regular basis, both internally and externally.

One site training takes place regularly, including tool box talks.
